We ask: "Drinking … right or wrong? Gambling … right or wrong? The Bible's unclear about stuff, doggone it. I guess I need to decide for myself since Jesus isn't helping me out. Divorce … right or wrong?"
But the story of the Bible says: "Right or wrong isn't the question. The question is, 'Does this get me more of Jesus or does this rob me from knowing Jesus?'
If it robs me, maybe I should get rid of it.
