CONVOY 2

The day finally arrived.  Our team had been planning for months -- CONVOY OF HOPE in Kenosha at Brass Elementary School.

More than 4,000 folks came to receive shoes, groceries, medical attention, haircuts, job opportunities, games, Christian music, lunch and prayer.  The amazing volunteer crew - 1,200 at last count - from more than a dozen churches in cooperation did a stellar job manning all the posts.

We love our city.

Our drive and goal is to make it a better city.

We ask ourselves: 'Would anybody in Kenosha miss us if our influence was removed from our city?'

I pray they would.

Thanks to the leadership and volunteer crew for today's CONVOY OF HOPE outreach.

And be blessed.
