INTROV

Since I've had so much air play on the topic of Introverts, I thought I'd give it one more blog day.  Enjoy all you intros:

And be blessed.

This is very good...how do you find these things??? The very, very big one for me is give them time to think. When I am talking to someone I am absolutely not quick on my feet. Others can talk circles around me. I believe that is one of the things I like about the internet. I can have time to compose my thoughts.

I am curious...what is the one that sticks out the most for you?

And if it is Respect their need for privacy...just delete this. :)

It's not a very busy day for me...nothing going on. So, I thought I might post more responses on the blog since Intro applies to me.

1. Respect their privacy. I love my privacy when I am home. I never even gave my parents spare keys. I tend to post more of my life on the blog, but it is easier because I am Anonymous.

2. Never embarass them in public. I don't think anyone likes that.

3. Let them observe first in new situations. When I was working this helped. Then, even more so let me do it on my own with my coworker to't expectman immediate anwser. answer any questions.

4. Give them time to think. Don't expect an immediate answer. This is a big one for me...I always think of a response well after the convo.

5. Don't interupt them. When someone does that to me I think it is rude. I try not to do it, then I lose the chance to speak.

It's is too long, so I'll just hit the highlights that I resonate with.

8. Reprimand them privately. When I was working, if I was told something I was doing wrong in front of others I would feel my face flushing and it suddenly became very hot there. It very rarely happened, though.

11. Don't push them to make alot of friends. My Dad has done this a bit and it's just not for me.

Ok, so that is my boring day post. Someone else?
