Well -- the EAGLE HAS LANDED.
ELIAS KEVIN THULIN, our grandson, was born last night, August 13th, at 10:14 p.m. in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Whitney & Sam (mom and dad) are doing awesome and little Elias is perfect and beautiful. He was 20" long, 8 lbs. 3 oz., with impossibly long fingers and nice large feet and loads of curly black hair.
Life begins.

Congrats to the whole family. I know you are excited and well should be. As people used to tell me about my kids, "He looks just like you. But don't worry. He'll probably grow out of it." :)

Love it!!! Congratulations! You are SO not old enough to be a grandpa! Or at least you don't LOOK old enough. So happy for you both!
What a blessing! He has landed in a wonderful place...two great parents and wonderful grandparents.
